Service Coordinator

Our aim is to be a valued business partner with standardized solutions, cost efficiency and a truly global way of working. We are now looking for a Service Coordinator for our Autodesk service.

The location for this position is flexible, but preferably to be based in Tampere or Sandviken.

Key performance areas
As Service Coordinator you will be responsible for the Autodesk service used globally in Sandvik. You will work closely with Governance Group for Autodesk products within Sandvik, SITS colleagues and partners.

Your main responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating the service for the Autodesk products
- Participating in Governance Group meetings
- Following up and reporting to the Governance Group
- Coordinating with internal and external partners
- Business requirement analyses
- Coordinating system configuration changes
- Supporting key users and process owners

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor?s degree, or the equivalent, in IT or Engineering. The successful candidate has broad expertise in working with planning, organizing and follow-up in a global environment. Experience from Service Coordination and knowledge of Sandvik IT and ITIL processes are an advantage, as is knowledge in the area of PLM/CAD.

As a person you are service minded, with a customer focus, experienced in planning and organizing, and have excellent skills for coordinating and interacting with team members. Since your customers do businesses around the world, fluent English is mandatory. Your willingness to travel is also a requirement.
