At Siemens Energy we manufacture, sell and service one of the finest control systems for the power generation industry, designed and used for power plants and turbomachinery from small biomass fired plant and up to the largest nuclear power generation units.
To plan, execute and control our service contracts and upgrading projects for our control systems we are looking for a service coordinator
Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
You will be the first line contact towards our customers to drive and administrate our service contracts.
You will report to the regional Siemens Energy organization for control systems based in Denmark
The challenge
Planning of works in close corporation with the project manager form the customer as well as Siemens project manager
Planning of upgrades and migrations with our sales function our technical staff and the customers
Planning service staff and spares in order to execute sold projects and service contracts.
Sale of spare parts
Ensure, that staff to be sent to site have the necessary permissions and handle delegation process for staff coming from outside EU
Handle procurement toward external as well internal suppliers
Handle basis project reporting
Maintaining a detailed knowledge of frame agreements with customers
Provide basis for invoicing to our commercial department
Follow up on internal and external invoicing
Be the connection point between Regional Expert Center and customer when a problem occurs and need to be rectified.
Follow up on EHS rules and regulations
Our projects vary in size (from 1000 Eur up to 2 M EUR) We therefore expect you to have experience in coordination of supplies.

You furthermore possess the below capabilities
Relevant technical education
Commercial experience
Experiece in handling projects – small and big ones
Ability to work in a self-driven and structured way
Fluent proficiency in English as well as Swedish
A positive attitude and ability to work with a number of different tasks, persons and nationalities
