Service Coordinator

As a service coordonator you will be a part of an exciting industry where the company is one of the leading players. The start of the assignment is as soon as possible and will last six months with an opportunity for further extension. This is a consulting assignment through The Pace/ Wise Professionals and we prefer that you are located in Gothenburg.

As a service coordinator your main responsibilities are:

·  Coordination of personnel for commissioning, warranty and service work.

·  Follow up service work after Service Engineer have delivered the report.

·  Coordinate whit after sales for spares needed before, during and after service work.

·  Service work Quotations.

·  Invoicing service work and approve invoices.

·  Handling of Warranty claims and assist warranty team during warranty period.



Background and skills

· Experience of working with administration and coordination

· Desirable if you have worked as Service Engineer, with Technical support or in a similar role

· Knowledge within the marine industry or similar background is of interest

· Excellent skills in English, both written and spoken

As a person, you are structured, proactive and enjoy working independently and drive your work forward. You are communicative in speech and writing and enjoys working in teams where you manage to handle many tasks in parallel. You enjoy working in an environment where you meet different people and cultures.
