The Service Coordinator occupies an important position in the execution of Service projects and activities related to Service portfolio in ABB Marine & Ports. You will be coordinating and planning the provision of necessary resources, spare parts and logistics for service orders and on-site service jobs, ensuring that the process is seamless, from order handling to invoicing and cash collection.
Reporting to the Ports Service Manager, you will act as the key point of contact for the customer during order handling and the execution of a service job, optimizing customer satisfaction by meeting all obligations and requirements while complying with Health, Safety & Environment requirements.


Your responsibilities
Handling new orders from order received to successful delivery and invoicing and full responsibility over project budget.
Working close to both sales and engineers to assure successful deliveries of more complex projects.
Building sustainable customer and supplier relationships to ensure client growth, satisfaction and retention and utilizing feedback to drive development of processes and practice.
Regularly reviewing the scope of work to ensure that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations, particularly regarding claims and changes.
Managing all required reporting and documentation and overseeing the timely registration of necessary data in the system.
Working with other ABB units as well as with end customers to harmonize service activities, deliver quality to customers and maximize service sales.



Your background
Bachelor’s degree (or above) in engineering is preferred.
Since you will work in a global company, you need to master Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
Having customer centric mindset, teamwork spirit and striving for excellence skills required.
Comfortable with close customer communication.
Driven person able to work independently and taking own initiatives.
Driven person with good initiative and a strong will to learn new things and grow.
