You will be a part of ABB Force Measurement in Västerås, which is a Business Line within the Measurement and Analytics Division. ABB's Measurement & Analytics division is among the world's leading manufacturers and suppliers of smart instrumentation and analyzers. With thousands of experts around the world and high-performance digital technology, ABB's team is dedicated to making measurement easy for its industrial and energy customers to let them operate more efficiently and profitably.
The Service Coordinator occupies an important position in the execution of Service projects and activities related to customer requirements and enquiries. The role will be reporting to Service & Support Manager.
This is an opportunity to work with market leading products in a small ABB unit. The role includes aspects from unique technologies and products to customer interactions globally to understand applications and needs. Team in Västerås include R&D, Operations, Marketing & Sales, Product Management and Service.

Your responsibilities
Manage customer requirements and customer enquiries
Coordinate, plan, schedule and oversee all commissioning and service jobs with necessary resources, parts, and logistics for site including travel support to Service Engineers
Manage customer service contracts
Manage service invoicing
Ensure transfer of service findings to delivery projects and product engineering
Training administration
Installed base content management
Contribute to Continuous improvement of Service processes



Your background
Experience as a service coordinator or in a similar position
Sound knowledge of project management, leadership and/or logistics whereas previous work experience as a team leader, is seen as an advantage
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach
Willingness to grow/develop own skills
Academic degree
Fluency in Swedish and English on a professional level
