The Service Coordinator occupies an important position in the execution of service projects and activities related to the Service portfolio. You will be coordinating and planning the provision of necessary resources, spare parts and logistics for service orders and on-site service jobs, ensuring that the process is seamless, from order handling to invoicing and cash collection.
Reporting to Expert Services Manager, you will act as the key point of contact for the customer during order handling and the execution of a service job, optimizing customer satisfaction by meeting all obligations and requirements while complying with health, safety & environment requirements.
Your responsibilities
In this role you will work with a wide range of products and services. Planning and coordinating different types of service work carried out on site at our installed base of electrical machines.
Your main tasks will consist of quotation work, order management in SAP, invoice management and planning of our field service jobs, such as commissioning and preventive maintenance.
A large part of our work takes place abroad and you are responsible for keeping in touch with our service technicians/engineers, entrepreneurs, and counterparties.
You coordinate safety work around our site jobs and collaborate with our service technicians/engineers, entrepreneurs, and other relevant parts within the unit.
Working with other ABB units as well as with end customers to harmonize service activities, deliver quality to customers and maximize service.
Your background
You have at least a college education with a specialization within the technical field or similar work experience.
If you have previous experience and knowledge of rotating electrical machines, it’s meriting.
Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing
You have good computer skills, meriting if you have previous experience in SAP / R3 and Office 360.
You are a business oriented, structured person with a problem-solving attitude. Further, you have customer centric mindset, teamwork spirit striving for excellence.
Since you will work in a global environment, fluency in both Swedish and English is a must.
