You will play a key role in the execution of Service projects and activities in Grid Integration Service Solutions in Västerås, Sweden. Reporting to the line manager, you will coordinate Service work on-site while acting as the key point of contact for the customer during the execution of a Service job.
Your responsibilities
You will manage smaller service and warranty projects.
Handle spare parts orders as well as planning shipping to the end customer.
Manage the whole chain from planning, order to handle resources, handling invoices and follow up the project.
Act as liaison between clients and company in all service and warranty topics.
Handle both commercial and technical questions between us and the client.
As a Service coordinator you will also address and resolve any issues and complaints, and report progress, problems and unresolved issues to manager or director.

Your background
Minimum five years’ experience with project management task especially within Service.
Good skills in the substation segment and knowledge about transmission and distribution products, commissioning, spare parts and service/aftersales
Good computer skills and good knowledge in SAP or equivalent business systems and time planning tools
Engineering degree of at least bachelor or similar
Since this position is in Sweden, good knowledge in Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
