Service Coordinator for a client in Stockholm, Linköping or Gothenburg

In the role of Service Coordinator, your leadership skills and expertise in IT development will be put to use. Your main responsibility will be to make sure that the services offered within the Service Area Infrastructure are coordinated effectively. You possess extensive technical knowledge in the Infrastructure field and are up-to-date with the latest technologies. Your ability to lead, inspire, and foster relationships is highly valued. The role also requires you to have good judgement and adaptability to handle unforeseen circumstances. Strategic thinking and operational efficiency are key attributes for success in this position.

Assignments:
- Embracing a new way of working to ensure alignment
- Ensuring timely completion of yearly wheel activities
- Aligning overall service roadmaps and service descriptions
- Working closely with the Strategic Leadership team and reporting to the Head of Service Area

Requirements:
- Academic education in IT and especially within Infrastructure domain.
- Experience from the research & development, service management, security and operations
- Five to ten years of relevant experience
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Meritorious:
- Creative and understand the need of transparency and like to think outside the box
- Social and outgoing person with a great interest and understanding of business processes.
- Project leader experience

- Determinated and driven
- Good communication skills, allowing you to express yourself clearly and connect with stakeholders effortlessly
