It should be easy to shop online, and therefore we offer millions of customers across Europe a hassle-free and fossil-free shipping service.

We allow our customers to shop from any of our e-commerce partners and pick up their products in one of our conveniently located Instaboxes.

We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe. We're now looking for a Service Coordinator, and hopefully, that is where you come in!

About the role

Your main tasks will consist of but not be limited to:

- Daily solve individual service cases of our lockers

- Coordinate our First Line Support (FLS) and installers together with their respective managers

- Guide and coordinate FLS and Installers in solving individual cases concerning our locker

- Responsible over the scheduling for service of FLS and installers

- Manage and keep track of spare part inventory on all of our hubs

- Keep track of the amount of FLS per hub and set up training when needed



About you

We are looking for someone who loves coordinating, planning and who is a true administrator. You are proactive, meticulous and prestigeless in your way of working and you like to collaborate with different kinds of people. You thrive in a work environment that is upbeat and is good at prioritizing. Other desired skills and experiences we seek in you:





- You are structured and focused

- Have an ability to cope under pressure and our peak periods

- Excellent skills in english verbally and in writing

- 1 year of installing or service coordinating experience

- Software knowledge
