About this opportunity!

Networks and Managed Services Delivery (NMSD) is responsible for the delivery of Network Products & Solutions, Network Roll-Out, Support & Repair, Network Optimization & Managed Services in CU Northern and Central Europe (CU NOCE) within Market Area Europe & Latin America (MELA) covering service delivery in 17 countries namely Nordics (Sweden, Finland, Norway Iceland, Denmark) , Atlantic islands such as Faeroe Islands, Greenland, Baltic states (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), Poland, Check Republic, Austria and Mid-Central Europe (Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary) and Croatia.

The location of this role can be in any country within CU NOCE


The Unit is responsible for optimizing performance, quality, and cost of the delivery by defining and implementing the most suitable MA Delivery Strategy.

The Head of SL Build NOCE reports to the Head of NMSD NOCE .

The Head of Rollout Manager Cluster Sweden and Denmark, reports to NOCE SL Build and is responsible for:

What you will do

Competence, skills and expertise development of the team.
Secure the needed resources across the projects in the cluster.
Continuous performance management, mentoring and coaching for the team members.
Delivery of the services portfolio that the falls under the SL build and NPI responsibility.
Operational management of all Implementation Managers and Rollout Managers in the cluster.
Implementation of strategies needed to secure business objectives as set out by SL Build organizations.
Drive close cooperation, interworking and knowledge sharing across CU in SL Build.
Drive continuous quality and operations excellence.
Drive business lead generation activities build a services culture and ways of working characterized by proactive attitude, teamwork focus, strong performance ethics, high professionalism and high energy.
Execute competence strategy on behalf of the SL to secure capability across all areas of the SL portfolio along with closing SL critical competence gaps.
Delivery of contractually committed services.
Secure close co-operation between GSC Delivery Flows and Customer Unit Operations.
Secure usage of Regional and Global processes, methods and tools applicable as set out by SL Build.
Secure close co-operation inside CU SL Build teams, assuring transfer of good practices and competence across the CU
Proactively drive and contribute to the security of Ericsson copyrights by securing and implementing cooperate policies and complement with local policies on information sharing security.
Lead by example.
Fulfilment of agreed business/financial targets as well as customer satisfaction targets.
Drive forecasting, dimensioning and optimization of the delivery capacity based on business needs as well as operational efficiency, i.e. accountable for cost of delivery.

You will bring

University degree in Business or Engineering / ICT.
Experience in forecasting and dimensioning of delivery capacity based on business needs
Ability to lead a service delivery organization cross multiple geographical sites towards multiple customers
Senior capability in managing and driving change in a large, complex organization
Ability to attract, develop and retain competence in the
Ability to lead multi-cultural and cross-functional teams, empowering and creating synergies
Ability to manage relationships at the highest level within Ericsson as well as the customer organization.
Strong driver of one Ericsson
Local Market Knowledge
Fluency in English Language
Excellent interpersonal, social and communication skills
