Managing and developing assigned customer relationship(s), expectations and customer satisfaction requirements for all support services and products. You?ll be providing the key interface for all customer communication for service support deliverables. The ownership and management of all customer support contracts and the commercial negotiation for existing and new contract proposals, including strategic business development within the support services domain. You?ll also be handling the collection and collation of all relevant customer key performance indicators, their review and delivery to the customer through regular operational meeting schedules and performance reviews. To be able to carry out all duties there is a dedicated organization that consists of engineers and various specialists, both locally and globally. You?re task is to make the assigned recourses provide the answers and solutions within given timeframes. Another important part of the scope of work is to be the first one to be able to determine new requirements from the customer that we are able to meet in terms of new or additional products and services that could grow our business. You?ll have the following responsibilities: * Support Planning and Solution Provision * Customer Relationship and Development Management * Performance Planning and Monitoring (SLA Management) * Management of Spare Parts * Service Sales Target for assigned customer(s) * Service Support of the Sales and Account Teams * Key Interface for any Operational issues * Ensuring all support infrastructure is planned and implemented for customer support * Liaise with and support the Service Bidding Team * Liaise with and support the Technical Assistance Centre, Training and Spare Parts Teams * Purchase Order and Invoice involvement for Support Services * Responsible for client satisfaction in Post-sales phase. The position requires business travels within the Nordic and Baltic region. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, we re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications: * Strong Technically ability with reference to support operations and requirements * Strong Communication and Presentation skills * Strong technical knowledge of mobile telecommunications * Key empathy and understanding of the carrier and service provider market space and operating requirements * The Ability to report and manage activities and schedules on a week to week basis * Collate statistics from all departments and produce periodic reports * Create automated reports to produce accurate and concise statistics * Fluent in Swedish and English. * EU Work Permit * EU Driving license * Minimum Bachelor degree * Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience within mobile telecommunications * Possibility to conduct business travel within Nordic region Organization: You will work in our Service & Delivery organization based in Stockholm, Kista Application: Please send your application and CV in English.
