Service Delivery Manager

Acne Studios is now looking for a Service Delivery Manager to the IT Operations team. In this position you will lead the development of our IT service concept on an international level. The role requires a true passion for service and technology, and an innovative mindset!

About the role

Your work duties and daily activities will be directly linked to support the business plan. You will be responsible to create, evaluate and develop solutions and streamlining processes to increase efficiency, improve quality and maintain business continuity. You will also lead our global service desk team, of onsite and remote employees, including coaching, development, recruitment, resource planning and goal setting.

In this role you will manage and develop the ITSM, workflow processes and service catalogue in line with business needs. You will also ensure that IT services are presented, documented, supported, and can be ordered in a unified manner through the ITSM.

You will show how to lead as a functional manager and escalation point for all service management processes. You are also responsibly to ensure that business expectations of service delivery are met and exceeded.

To succeed in this role we believe that you have:

- A bachelor degree within Business or IT
- At least 5 years’ experience of both strategic and operational work within IT services
- At least 2 years’ experience as responsible for delivery of IT services
- Experience of leading a global team, and a strong ability to engage and motivate team members
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Knowledge within IT project management, modern ITSM platforms and ITIL processes
- Broad general knowledge of data communication & data center infrastructure services, identity & security administration, IT procurement & purchasing, vendor management etc.
- Experience of supplier and partner relationships, including knowledge of handling agreements and consulting services


Nice to have:

The position reports to Head of IT Operations and will be based at Acne Studios’ headquarters. Travelling may occur.
