Who you are

You are comfortable to drive large escalations, including communication with senior management as well as technical problem resolution with multiple teams.

Background

Alfa Laval is currently on a digital transformation journey. As part of this transformation we have created a global organization (100+ people) to update our digital product lifecycle management, configuration and supply chain capabilities to better fulfill our customer needs. We are setting ourselves up to work agile, based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) framework and are looking for more scrum masters to lead our teams.

About the job –

In this role you will be driving change and improvement in service delivery capabilities across the three areas product lifecycle management, configuration and supply chain. We want to bring our portfolio of services up to a similar maturity level, building on both internal best practice as well as IT delivery best practices.

As the Trinity Service delivery manager you will make sure we have the right structure in place to safeguarding day-to-day service operations in terms of quality, performance and cost. You will be working closely together with delivery managers and other key roles within the three areas. You will also be acting as an escalation manager in case of business critical issues.

We have 15 agile scrum teams who are responsible for development, maintenance and third line support. In addition we have external partners who run 2nd line support and monitoring. In your responsibility you will blend classic ITIL-based service delivery into modern DevOps in an efficient way.

Responsibilities:

Build up a good framework across our service landscape to secure:
* Day-to-day service operations against agreed commitments and financial targets. 
* Monitor, coordinate and report on performance of services and projects. 
* Capacity and availability management. 
* Drive continuous improvements for services within area of responsibility. 
* Incident- and Problem Management, ensuring that trends or underlying issues are proactively identified and resolved. 

What you know

Relevant academic background and extensive experience from IT best practice service delivery. Experience from agile methods is an advantage.
