We are now looking for a new Service Delivery Manage for Financial Services IT to join us in this exciting journey.

The Team
Financial services IT is part of the digital core department and is responsible for providing sustainable and innovative IT solutions within the Financial Services area. The primary purpose of this group is to harmonize the global IT landscape. The team also supports the transformation of our high-performance agile teams that consist of architects, developers, service managers, and s other stars that makes this constellation pretty unique. The ultimate goal is of course to have happy users within all SFS communities who can use the power of software and data to make better decisions.
Your role as Service Delivery Manager
• Structure, maintain and support our service portfolio
• Shape and lead the tactical and operational governance, including follow-up of our service providers
• Perform incident process quality assurance and drive continuous improvement
• Secure that service reports and metrics are periodically supplied to business units and other internal stakeholders
• Participate in the handover from service transition program and ensure delivery of outsourcing contract, the establishment of SLAs, XLAs, and KPIs
• Drive our problem management process
• Support both incident and change management processes
• Ensure that guardrails are followed, support audits, and make sure license compliance
Your profile as Service Delivery Manager
As a person, you are a driven who can help us establish new ways of working within our cross-functional organization to ensure proper Service Delivery. You have good communication skills and lead by example in creating and keeping an exploratory work environment. You have analytical problem-solving skills, and as we provide financial services to the Scania market through the delivery of different ERP systems, the person needs to be creative with an agile mind to help us improve our ways of working together with our IT organization all stakeholders. Other qualifications;
• Experience in service management, preferable ITIL4's IM, PM, CM, configuration, and event management/ project management
• Service Performance and End User Experience measurement (SLA (KPIs), XLA, etc.)
• Understand product life cycle management, and vendor/contract management
• Good understanding of product architecture and infrastructure components
• Experience in compliance management and audit processes.
• Swedish and English language skills both oral and written
• Knowledge in NPS/CSAT methodologies is merited
