Service Delivery Manager

As a Service Delivery Manager you will be instrumental in setting the vision and determining the portfolio priorities that will help drive growth within European region. You will have a good understand of regional markets and the demands of internal and external customers, this will enable you to support growth.
You will be the business owner for epics required by our internal and external regional customers. You should have a positive approach toward diversity and inclusivity in working environment. You will promote teamwork and support teams through difficult times, whilst collectively celebrating the successes of the Service Delivery Manager.
Responsible for:
Identifying gaps and opportunities to improve the Service Delivery Manager maturity/adoption in Europe
Investment planning
Presenting and managing forecasts to finance teams
Supporting/guiding/reporting Global/Country
Hyperion Financial Management for Forecast
Working with Salesforce for Pipeline
Engaging, responding and presenting to key analysts such as Gartner
Representing region in engagement with Global (eg. Uvance / GDC / GPS) re-development of solutions
Supporting countries through enablement of route to cost, route to sell and route to deliver for products [both regional and global]
Engaging with customer account teams across the region
Providing inspirational leadership and focusing on strategic vision and business outcomes to position solutions
