As a part of our Service Delivery team, you will play a vital role in commissioning services, ensuring service performance assurance, and managing the lifecycle of contracts. YOUR ROLE


• Be the point of contact for customers
• Create and deliver reports internally and externally
• Review service performance on customer contracts and initiate internal actions as needed
• Handle tickets and provide customer information
• Follow up on incidents related to the service and escalate if needed
• Conduct periodical Service Reviews and follow up on action plans
• Identify scope and maintain the defined trajectory
• Participate and support in projects

WHO YOU ARE


• Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree in science or experience managing customers and contracts for technology-focused services
• Language: Excellent English is a requirement for both verbal and written communication
• Your profile: You thrive in customer-facing roles and are highly organized and structured. You possess a solid understanding of technical systems and have a natural ability to learn quickly.

LOCATION 

This is a permanent full-time position located preferable in Kiruna. For the right candidate there will also be a possibility working from our office in Solna, Stockholm.
