Our department
Our BI department plays an important role in Scania’s data strategy to deliver cutting edge analytical solutions. We enable and enhance data to enforce our employees to perform at their best by providing excellent solutions that increase and secure the right decisions to reach and exceed the business goals. Operating in collaborative Teams and Squads, we work closely with business units to ensure seamless integration of Business and IT, functioning as a unified entity.
Your Role
As Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance/change deliveries on existing portfolio i.e. incident handling, planning change Requests, Budgets and administrate the support flow. You will also be initiating and coordinating new BI projects where the delivery is outside the scope of current portfolio. You will be responsible for planning and for overseeing the successful full delivery of the BI output/products towards the business domain. Additionally you will also be part of continuously improving the general BI delivery model that Scania use.
Collaboration will be key as you navigate between business users and internal teams at Scania IT. And with Agile methodology as your guide, you'll lead the charge with two-week sprints, propelling initiatives such as cloud migration and the development of cutting-edge solutions to enhance Scania's end-to-end flow efficiency.
Your Profile
Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Fluent in English.
Experience in IT Project Management or Application Maintenance.
Knowledge of Scrum and software development.
Strong BI skills: data warehousing, modeling, visualization, and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Teamwork and leadership qualities.
Budgeting and resource allocation understanding.
Customer-focused and adaptable to change.
