You’ll be part of our Nordic Service Delivery Management team, who are working across our organisation to realize large customer implementations and manage large customer relationships, supporting Key Account Managers, preparing offerings in RFP processes, and ensuring high quality delivery processes. Job Description
You’ll be powering the Service Delivery Management team
As a Service Delivery Manager you’ll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues. Take for example Birgitta who handles our biggest and most important customers in Sweden, making sure they are set for future growth with our payment solutions and describes herself as 5% farmer in her cottage garden. Your key tasks and responsibilities are:
· Manage and develop named customer relationships in the Nordic countries
· Ensure customer satisfaction on named customers
· Take part in delivery projects in collaboration with onboarding and support teams
· Continuous reporting and follow-up meetings with named customers
Qualifications

Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nets.
Your qualifications should include:
· Experience within the payment industry
· Experience from Service Management in a technical environment
· Fluent in Norwegian or Swedish + English
· Experience from project management
Of your personal qualifications we would value:
· Responsible and self driven
· Ability to create and maintain good relationships with customers
· Collaborative way of working
· Solution oriented and prepared to "go the extra mile" for our customers

This position is available in either Stockholm or Oslo.
