Service Delivery Manager – Energy Operation Center

We develop and manufacture turnkey energy storage solutions, based on lithium-ion battery technology. Our goal is to engineer technology that both stores and optimizes energy as we shift towards more efficient energy usage and renewable energy sources on a global scale. You’ll have the opportunity to work with exceptional engineers, scientists, developers and more to pave the way for the next big leap in the energy industry through our battery energy storage and optimization systems.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in our HQ in Stockholm.

Tasks and responsibilities

- Manage SaaS-powered battery service delivery to meet/exceed customer expectations and SLAs.

- Serve as primary customer contact, providing timely and effective support.

- Develop strong customer relationships, collaborate to develop solutions.

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities with sales team.

- Collaborate with software development team to update services and meet customer needs.

- Work with support team to resolve customer issues and identify root causes.

- Develop and manage service delivery metrics, using data to improve performance.

- Provide regular reports to senior management on service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain documentation, processes, and procedures for high-quality service delivery.

- Manage team of service delivery professionals, including hiring and performance management.

- Test and analyse technical performance as per internal/external requirements.

- Create data tools for business and product teams to optimize operations.

- Build infrastructure for optimal data extraction, transformation, and loading.

- Identify and implement internal process improvements for scalability.

- Research developing market of "demand response" and their requirements.

Qualifications and experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

- Understanding of electrical systems is desirable.

- 5+ years of experience in service delivery management, preferably in SaaS or technology-related industries.

- Strong knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based service delivery models.

- Track record of managing customer relationships and delivering services within budget and on schedule.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions quickly.

- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.

- Experience managing a team of service delivery professionals and driving team performance.
