Scania is seeking a passionate and customer-centric Service Delivery Manager to join our IT Security Operation Group, the group consists of several teams with different areas of responsibility and expertise.

As the engine that enables effortless experiences for Scania's internal customers and vendors, you will play a crucial role in developing Scania's Security Service, expanding into new markets and attracting new customers. Your responsibilities


• Develop Scania's Security Service to enhance its value and competitiveness in the market, including expanding into new markets and attracting new customers.
• Monitor and ensure operational performance, including managing vendor service level agreements.
• Facilitate effective communication within the Security team and with stakeholders.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and vendors.
• Lead and drive task forces or projects within service delivery to address escalations or initiate improvement initiatives.
• Identify process pain areas and initiate actions to overcome them.
• Drive continuous improvements by automating processes for onboarding/offboarding clients and services etc.
• Utilize your expertise in budgetary calculations and license management for the services.



Your Profile

• A customer-centric and service-oriented mindset.
• A logical way of thinking with the skill of problem-solving.
• High ability to organize work in a structured manner and take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in third-party/vendor management.
