Description
Do you want to join a new team that is going to help to further enhance the communication between tech and brands? These roles are new to ComeOn and we need people with an attitude to learn, develop and a focus on making our brands the best we can. You will have input into how these roles work and what effects they will have on our brands performance.
You will ensure a strong service by driving the needed investments, maintenance and development of hardware and software related to the brand. You will be responsible for the continuous monitoring and reporting on technical performance of the site and brand. You will have direct responsibility for securing stability, performance and service quality and work together with the Technical Operations and Development teams on roadmaps relating to the brand.
But it is not all heads down in the numbers you will also liaise with Brands, Marketing and Compliance teams to create the technical roadmaps for the site and brand. You will be the bridge between our technical and brand teams.
The right person for this role is someone who is inquisitive, analytical, self sufficient and wants to learn. You have some education and experience in tech, this can be an internship or 20 years - it is more about your attitude and your capabilities.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
- Oversee, report and act on the brand technical performance, feature scope and delivery performance.
- Act as financial controller for the brand.
- Be responsible for procurement relating to the brand.
Requirements
To be successful in this position you will need the following traits:
Analytical personality, inquisitive, curious and willing and able to learn on the job
Excellent communication skills - you will be the “spider in the web” working with business, tech and marketing
Have an interest in tech and a thirst to learn more
You have worked with or have an understanding / interest in data analytics, statistics or reporting
Strong decision making skills
A self starter who is not afraid to implement new processes
Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets or similar suite
Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
...and then some nice to haves:
An understanding of project management would be great
Experience from working in regulated gambling markets is positive - ITIL, Change Management
Understanding of Gambling regulations and Swedish Gambling Regulation in particular.
Basic knowledge around some key KPIs of Casino Applications such as NRC, NDC is positive
Previous experience from working in or close to System Operations and Development teams
