We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager for Göteborg Landvetter airport.
You will:
* Manage and ensure the safety and security of British Airways Operations.
* Monitor local Service Level Agreements whilst supporting the management of ground handling agents and suppliers.
* Own and manage airport authority, State Authorities/British Embassy relationships.
* Be the official local representative of BA at the station, being available as and when the operation demands. Be accountable and responsible for all matters pertinent to the daily running of the operation according to BA rules and regulations in line with the approval authorities and responsibilities assigned.
* Ensure all data reports are communicated as per the agreed timescales and be able to present the station productively in relation to the reports available.

Experience:
* Proven front line airport operational experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
* Proven managerial ability.
* Proven experience of monitoring various compliance standards and effectively addressing of performance shortfalls
* Experience of British Airways products, processes and procedures in the context of an airport operation
* Broad and comprehensive internal personal network
Knowledge:
* Good working knowledge of BA´s operational systems and MS Office
* Sound knowledge of CLC Hub/Spoke procedures
Working Hours: Full time
Duration: Permanent contract (6 months probation period)
The position is located at Landvetter Airport.
