Like Xensam's own ambitions, the work as Service Delivery Manager goes far beyond just solving a problem as quickly and easily as possible. Since Xensam is a young company, the person responsible for Service Delivery and Customer Success needs to have the hands-on desire to help both our customers and sales-team succeed.
Your job will not only be to make sure that our customers are using our solution in an optimal way and gain the highest possible value, but also to assist our global sales-team in pre-sales related matters on our ongoing expansion journey. Since you will act in between R&D and sales, and support our sales team pre- and post-sales with Software Assset Management expertise, it is important that you have a profile that is focused both on the technical implementation side of SAM as well as general software licensing.

Responsibilities:
· Make sure our customers are gaining the most value out of our solution.
· Strengthen the bond with our partners and customers by showing our dedicated customer care.
· Support the sales-team with pre-sales expertise when needed (SAM and technical implementation related).
· Become a Xupervisor Yoda, and take ownership of our training programs and hold certification courses for partners and customers.
Desired competence:
· You have a deep knowledge and experience about the different ingredients of Software Asset Management (software licensing, processes and tools).
· You have pre-sales experience and/or post-sales/customer success experience, and are used to work close with both the sales and R&D team.
· You are team player who deeply respects and honors your colleagues and customers alike.
Preferred but not essential:
· Software license experience and knowledge about at least one of the following vendors: Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP, VMware or another tier 1-2 vendor.
· You have a fundamental "techie" profile. Knowledge and experiences of software implementation on both desktop and servers (Windows is most important, but Linux/Mac is also preferred).
