About the position
Perido is looking for a Service Delivery Manager who wants to work for our partner, a successful company that develops smart and easy payment solutions and is expanding globally. This position is placed at the company’s modern headquarters in the heart of Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
Here you will play an important role when it comes to ensuring the company’s customer satisfaction. You will work closely together with Quality Leads and Operations Lead from markets around the world. Among other things your daily tasks will include:
Implement quality frameworks and processes, adapted to different markets
Analyze and identify trends and opportunities for improvement in ​​customer satisfaction
Ensuring that the company's outsourcing suppliers reach the set KPIs
Support and guide the company's Quality Leads (in Europe, USA, UK, Australia)

Your qualifications
We are looking for someone who have previously worked with service, preferably with Quality Assurance, with great success. You have both a deep understanding of and never-ending curiosity about how to create the best possible customer experience as well as thrive in a leading and coaching role. You love being a part of your team member’s growth in their roles and enjoy being in an environment where you can make a difference. As a social and communicative team player you work in a professional and purposeful way and does not settle for less than perfect.

Requirements
Upper secondary education
Experience from service operations/customer service
Previously worked in a leadership role, ex. project manager and / or team leader
Knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance
Good analytical skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written

Meritorious
Relevant post-secondary education

Contract type and hours
Full time, permanent employment. Start as soon as possible depending on your availability.
