Service Delivery Manager to Scania IT

Your main responsibilities as Service Delivery Manager 


• Planning the overall project portfolio and monitoring the progress
• Support the team to ensure that all activities are implemented according to the requirements
• Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes
• Ensuring incidents are handled within the agreed timeframe and that action is taken to prevent future occurrence
• Managing and utilizing resources across projects

 

Your profile as Service Delivery Manager 
You have a higher degree in computer science or related field or equivalent working experience. You have experience in agile working methods and leading projects with a good track record of delivering results with good quality. You also have experience in application management and software development. Experience in working with digitalization and AI is merit.

As a person, you are good at leading others and building strong relationships with different stakeholders. You have good communication skills and enjoy working in an international working environment, and are able to embrace and adapt to changes. You are fluent in both oral and written, the Swedish language is a merit. The right candidate also has technical interest and is eager to learn more.
