Job Description
As a Service Delivery Specialist intern, you will keep the business-critical system working by acting proactively. The work requires solving complex problems by turning vast amounts of data into business insights through advanced analytics, modeling and machine learning. You model and build analytics tools that automate certain processes within the company and collaborate with business and engineering roles. As a Service Delivery Specialist, you are focused on value creation and growth by making data accessible to the organization, thus enabling excellent customer experience and business results.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Possess analytical skills to evaluate understand and interpret data
Developing deep/machine learning models to various use cases based on the business needs
Perform Exploratory data analysis with various sources of data (Ex: Splunk, ServiceNow, Dynatrace etc.,)
Build and implement machine learning models
Train and retrain models built to achieve the desired accuracy
Knowledge about frameworks to onboard the data
Knowledge in data modelling, software architecture and data structures is a plus
Ability to communicate ideas and analysis results effectively both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences.
