We are looking for a service designer that want to be a part of our team in our new studio in Gothenburg
We are a non-boring company and we do non-boring stuff. We are a studio full of creative problem-solvers, trying to create the best possible experience for our clients and users.Understanding the user, business and technology is the heart of creating a successful product for us. For this you need to have an open-minded and curious approach towards whatever adventure is waiting for you.
As a service designer at Techno Creative, you will create products and services with a high quality and always find ways to improve them further. Facilitating and driving workshops to get input, insights, learnings and hypotheses is something that you feel very comfortable with. You will be a bridge between and collaborate with a bunch of fun strategists, developers and designers to deliver creative, user-friendly and feasible digital products.
With all this said, we are looking for a teamplayer that is driven by the love for their craft and motivation to make an impact for real people.
All of our designers are able to lead projects independently, take ownership until final delivery and work in close relation with clients as well as guide and inspire the rest of the team. We work in a very collaborative environment where we help and learn from each other. A strong and respectful communication skill is needed both towards the team and stakeholders.

Role Requirements
You have a creative mind that can combine analytic and logical thinking to create and launch products and services with high customer value.
You will run exploratory research to understand customer needs. Facilitating and driving workshops to get input, insights, learnings and hypotheses is something that you feel very comfortable with. You can lead and help clients define the journey to get innovation outcomes.
You will analyse both qualitative and quantitative data, and synthesize them into actionable insights. You are able to understand user behavior at an early phase and define what’s driving the user.
You can translate learnings and insights into concepts, or form relevant problems to solve from a customer's perspective early.
You can create small tests and validate solutions early to reduce risk and uncertainty.
You are able to analyze failure so we can find the root and learn the most from it.
You are a strong communicator and you will set up service design best practices into the company’s culture.
You are fluent in English. Swedish is a plus.
