Service Designer

Have you been working as a Service Designer and specialise in digital services?

Perhaps you saw one of the articles on  our website (https://www.humblebee.se/stories) and thought we sounded like the place you'd like to spend your days? However you found us, we’re happy you did :)  Humblebee is a digital service design studio based in Sweden, and we’re looking to add key people to our fantastic team.

What we're looking for: 

We believe that you have extensive experience and solid skills from the digital service design toolbox. You can ideate, prototype, iterate and validate all the way from early concept to MVP and beyond. You are comfortable facilitating workshops and research activities. We also believe that you know how to navigate complex organisational environments and have excellent stakeholder management skills.

What we expect from you:

Service design is about planning and increasing the quality of an organisation’s total service offer, including people, infrastructure, communication and products. As a service designer you take these factors into consideration when designing a seamless service experience to help the customer complete his/her goal.

The very nature of services often requires collaboration with several different parts of a client’s organisation to make things happen. As a service designer you facilitate collaboration with different stakeholders to create services that are cohesive and deliver value to the organisation.

You will identify service opportunities and service feasability through research and workshops to make research findings tangible for stakeholders and product team.

Getting things in the hands of users quickly and collecting learnings is fundamental here at Humblebee. As a service designer you prototype services to rapidly answer the most crucial questions and start iterating.
