You are a passionate service designer with a proven track record of great designs and strategy that meet end-user needs, product/service requirements and business objectives. You can take on complex tasks and translate them into intuitive, accessible, enjoyable and easy-to-use design for a world-wide audience, from first-time user to sophisticated professional. You have the ability to build in a rapid iterative design process, and effectively produce multiple solutions under tight timelines. You have an eye for detail and an excellent sense of aesthetics and functionality. You can lead and build positive relationships across subject areas with designers, developers, product teams, and cross functional partners. This position is for you!

About the team
We are a multicultural UX team of 30+ passionate minds – designers, researchers and developers - with designs spanning across the entire corporate portfolio. We support diverse projects and assist various teams around the world. We work in a hybrid setup, combining remote working days and office days in Kista (Stockholm), Sweden.
We are recognized for our excellence in brand design and user experience implementation, winning Red Dot and iF Design awards.

This position reports to the Head of the Experience Design team at Ericsson Digital Services.

You will
Lead service design projects and work with customers, business partners and staff to develop customer and business centric concepts
Drive the development of innovative new services from initial brief to delivery, and continually improve the customer experience
Plan and lead workshops with teams and stakeholders
Produce omni-channel Service Designs and organize the underlying allocation of systems, resources and policies in a human centered fashion.
Perform user research, and create insightful customer and employee experiences through service blueprints, future state journey maps, work flows and scenarios.
Use visualizations to tell stories and bring a narrative to life
Prototype services in order to validate ideas and iterate on them
Provide the project(s) you’re supporting with progress reports, service requirements, guiding documents and a shared vision as to what success looks like
Act as design ambassador, share knowledge and skills and help colleagues and team to grow
Contribute to spreading the design thinking approach and advocate service design practices through presentations, trainings, workshops


Who you are
You have 4+ years of experience in a design consultancy or equivalent position
You are a storyteller with a strong ability of visualizing complexity to define opportunities, communicate strategies and encourage collaboration
You have a strong appreciation for visual and interaction design and an effortless presentation style that owns and sells pitches
You are driven by curiosity and thrilled to explore positive use of technologies for human being and environment
You can share proven designs and experience of launched services that have been implemented in the real world
