The world of transport and logistics is electrifying rapidly and at Scania we are committed to give our customers the world's best eTruck charging experience. We believe that providing hassle free access to changing of electrified fleets is key in enabling the shift to sustainable transport solutions.
Our Customer Experience Design team within the Service Portfolio & Delivery department is now looking for a Service Designer, with main responsibility to make sure that our global digital services provide the best support to our customers and partners throughout the transformation. The outcome that we are aiming for is a world class customer experience for public charging and depot charging.
Assignment
Would you like to…
• inspire and integrate a customer centric way of working while applying design thinking to ongoing and/or new initiatives.
• work within various design phases, from customer insights and customer journeys creation to service blueprints and business model canvases.
• plan and conduct qualitative customer research through interviews, observations and explorations
• identify customer needs and opportunities for improved and new innovative solutions
• synthesize, package and spread learnings through insights and customer journey maps
• facilitate collaboration to see things from different perspectives by involving relevant stakeholders and teams
• plan and perform service design activities to ensure that customer value and business outcome are aligned and that the organization operates in a customer centric way
• co-create with customers and markets over the whole world
• coach and share knowledge on design methods, tools and trends with your fellow colleagues
What we are looking for…
• a designer with 3-5 years of professional experience in a service design role, having a relevant academic degree (e.g. digital design/engineering/business)
• a customer centric mindset, passionate about design and technology, always curious to learn
• a strong advocate for design thinking, knowing that through measuring and learning we can ensure that we are doing the right thing.
• a team worker, confident in multi-disciplinary teams of designers, developers, product owners and product managers with an collaborative attitude, ready to help, believing that we are better together
• someone who approaches things systematically, natural at zooming out to see the big picture and then deep dive to set the important details
• an open personality having great communication skills and fluent in English, both speaking and writing
