Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Service Designer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Conduct extensive desktop research to gather valuable insights and data.
Perform qualitative in-depth interviews, quick-on-town, and shadowing activities to understand user behaviors and needs.
Analyze complex problems and develop customer insights, employing both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques.
Collaborate in idea generation sessions to brainstorm innovative solutions.
Create prototypes, trigger materials, and conceptualizations to visualize ideas.
Conduct concept tests to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
Facilitate and lead training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Craft compelling presentations and engage in impactful storytelling.

What you bring:
Proficiency in desktop research methodologies to gather and analyze relevant information.
Extensive experience in conducting qualitative in-depth interviews and shadowing activities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop customer insights through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Proven expertise in idea generation and the ability to conceptualize innovative solutions.
Familiarity with prototyping techniques and trigger materials to visualize ideas effectively.
Experience in conducting concept tests to validate and refine proposed concepts.
Exceptional facilitation and training skills to support team development.
Outstanding presentation and storytelling abilities for effective communication.

Shell requirements:
Demonstrated high competence in the relevant field.
4-8 years of experience as a consultant in a related role (level 2).
Serves as a role model for consultants at lower levels.
Capable of taking responsibility for a sub-area and leading smaller groups.
Independent and self-driven work ethic.
