Description
The client are looking for a Senior Service Designer for their UX-team.
In your role as Service Designer, you will map and improve current processes, workshop with stakeholders, customers and experts within different product areas, present findings and solutions that caters for a holistic user experience from a nordic perspective. Will be part of a UX team.
Mandatory competence and experience:
- Relevant education in Service Design or equivalent field
- At least 5 years of experience
- Has previously worked with large and complex sites for different markets
- Experience in planning and conducting workshops
- The ability to analyze insights and user behaviors through for example Google Analytics
- Have worked on developing customer journeys for specific and overall Products
- Fluent in Swedish and English
Preferred competence and experience:
- Have worked with design systems and understand that what you design should fit into our brand and into a digital ecosystem
- Experience of having worked with web and app
- Knowledge and experience in UX writing
- Understands IT processes such as Scrum, Kanban and Agile
