We are looking for a highly experienced UX Strategist or Service Designer who leads through facilitation and is equipped with a range of methods and tools from service design, business design, and system thinking.
We seek a highly experienced design thinker with a passion for solving complex business challenges from a customer and user-centric perspective. You should have a strong drive for innovation and an evidence-based approach to contributing to business results through collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate and define strategies and product visions from business goals, creating an overall vision for how the entire product should be experienced by employees, users, and end-users.
Align business goals with the end experience of products or services, working at the intersection of user-centered design and business strategy.
Apply design and design thinking to business challenges in close collaboration with stakeholders, creating impact by capturing user needs and translating design solutions into business value.
Identify delivery gaps, minimize redundancies and waste caused by duplicated efforts, and enable the creation and delivery of successful experiences across organizational divisions.
Take a holistic understanding of the user journey, creating current and future service blueprints to find dependencies between different tracks.
Conduct research among employees, users, and end-users to capture needs and wants, and communicate and collect insights efficiently to be acted upon.
Drive workshops to solve design challenges with stakeholders and include them in the design process.
Advocate for design choices made, but also have the ability to negotiate and find more options.
Connect with all the front-line people who directly or indirectly impact success.
Provide insight into the planning and organization of how the customer experience is created and how the internal parts of the organization align to deliver the expected service.
Apply human-centered methodologies to strengthen business and create viable services and products.
