Do you want to be a part of the support-team at one of the world?s largest fashion company? We have more than 3200 stores in 54 countries.

The Global IT Helpdesk at the company in Sweden is looking for new members to strengthen its current team of 40 agents. The position is based in Stockholm and includes helping all of the companies offices, warehouse and call center users worldwide with IT-related questions and support in accordance with our Incident Management process.

We are a global support-team that works 24/7. We divide the work into 2 shifts in Sweden and 1 shift in Hong Kong, meaning that we are handling the support from Sweden during 07:00-01:00 (summertime) and 07:00-00:00 (wintertime) weekdays and weekends, all days!

Mandatory experience/skills:
? 1 year experience with similar tasks
? Good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
? Good knowledge of supporting computers running on Windows 7
? Knowledge of administration in Active Directory, e.g. users, security groups and distribution lists
? Knowledge of the applications included in the Microsoft Office 2010/13-suite.

Preferable experience/skills:
? Knowledge of ITIL processes, specifically the Incident Management process
