In this role you will be a part of the Service Desk team, working with incident management and urgent cases coming from different departments. This also includes handling incoming tickets; sorting, prioritizing, answering, coordinating and following up on the different inquiries, making sure that the different KPIs are met. This also includes wokring with incident management and urgent cases coming from different departments. You will also be in regular contact with the partners and suppliers of Easypark to ensure that integrated services are working as expected (vendor management).

Din profil
You have a relevant academic degree (Bachelor/Master) within IT, Computer Science and technology and speak English fluently, preferably with a proven record of usage both verbally and written; other European languages are a bonus (Swedish is not required, but is a merit). It is good if you have a few years of experience working in a similar role, e.g. Tech Support, IT customer service, IT support, ServiceDesk 2nd line.
You are proactive, enjoy taking responsibility and work in a disciplined way. You are a team player but you also feel confident in your skills and can make your own decisions in order to achieve the best possible result.
