Swedish Recruitment is a recruitment agency focusing on the European job market.We recruit Scandinavian speakers to work abroad.You will work mainly towards the Norwegian market.Our Client is a well known leader within their field of business and they are present around the world in over 200 countries and territories.They are looking for Service Desk Agents with Norwegian language skills to join their multilingual office in Prague, Czech Republic. This is a challenging role that demands you to be both service minded and technically skilled, you will ensure that requests for assistance are accurately logged, assigned and responded to in a timely manner, according to agreed standards and procedures ensuring that the services offered are carried out within the agreed Service Levels.You will respond to requests for assistance by providing information to enable callers to solve their problems.It is important that you are able to plan, schedule and monitor own work within a limited time horizon.You will be part of their European 1st line Support team and you will provide support to Norwegian and English speaking customers.You will be the first point of contact and respond to user requests by telephone/email/Service Desk and ensure that users receive a timely service.You will log call information and prioritize user requests considering the business impact and ensure agreed Service Levels are met.It is desired that you have previous call centre experience and ideally you have good technical skills in hardware, databases, operating systems, local area networks etcetera.Our client offers a relocation package and in house training.The recruitment process is ongoing so please forward your CV as soon as possible if interested.Interviews will be held by phone and/or in Scandinavia.We are looking forward to your application!
