We are now looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our E-business team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As Service Desk Analyst your role will include:

* Provide first line support for a number of applications used at Axis in accordance to established processes
* Log calls in our help desk system
* Escalate unresolved tickets to our 2nd line support
* Conduct a first, quick analysis of change requests
* Fulfilling service requests e.g. send out reports, gather statistics
* Take ownership of problems and follow up the status on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a coworker who is outgoing, social and service minded with a personal drive to get things done. You are a curious with a proven ability to learn quickly.

Further more we believe that you have:

* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills 
* A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar
* Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

It is also an advantage, but not essential, if you:

* Are knowledgeable within CSS, Pearl, Php and/or HTML
* Are knowledgeable within web publishing
* Have an ITIL qualification
