Arbetsbeskrivning
Essential requirements:
Language preference will be Swedish ,Finnish and English
Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone for customer's end users using Finish and Swedish.
- Route problems to the internal I.M. support staff.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware / software / network problem resolution.
- Administer and provide User Access and Exit controls.
- Use the Call Tracking System to document and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions and circumventions.
Essential requirements:
- Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written) in Both Swedish and Finnish Language
- Great customer handling skills
- Understanding of IT Environment and ready to learn new processes and technologies
- Good working knowledge of IT environment Windows OS and MS OFFICE
- Ability to learn new information quickly and the willingness to do so at all
