For our client we are looking for a Support Technicians to help our Service Desk & OnsiteTeam.
Job description:
- Support Technicians to help our Service Desk & Onsite Team.
- Provide first and second level support for Windows 10 and Windows 7
- Provide support for on call duty (Weekends & Weekdays)
- To ensure positive customer experience and satisfaction through First Call Resolution
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
Qualifications:
- Earlier experience in Helpdesk / Onsite / IT support and Customer Service Support is the preferred or real interest in IT
- Basic troubleshooting and technical support knowledge of laptops and web applications
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 & 7 Operating System support and troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of MS Office Products
- Verbal / written communication in both Swedish and English
- Good problem solving and organizational skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; ability to build productive relationships.
As a person you are structured and organized. You have a positive attitude and high working moral.
Start: ASAP
Duration: Contract (3 months with possibility of extension)
Location: Stockholm
Work load: 100%
Working language: Swedish (Fluent) + English (Fluent)
