Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Service Desk Support Engineer who is experienced in technology, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software.

What you'll do:
● Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
● Support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
● IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems.
● Provide first level support for end users including answering basic questions about computers or software applications.
● Managing the help desk call queue to ensure that all requests are addressed in a timely manner.
Who you are:
● 5+ years of experience working as a Service Desk Support Engineer or in a similar role.
● Have experience in technology, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software.
● Familiar with working on Windows, or Linux based distributions (preferably within a hosting environment).
● Good knowledge of remote desktop and helpdesk software, such as Freshdesk and Zendesk.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
