Kvalifikationer
- Minimum of a high school education or similar
- Experience and knowledge of the IT support processes
- Skillset in troubleshooting Office 365
- Knowledge and understanding of prioritising and escalating IT tickets
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
- Experience working within Active Directory
- Fluent in English, spoken and written (it's a bonus if you are fluent in Swedish as well)
- ITIL foundation v4 Certificate is a merit

Job Description
We are looking for a Service Desk Technician to our client who is a global company! In this role you will be part of a team that delivers 1st line IT support for global incidents and requests. You will be involved in the onboarding process, from account creation to handing out IT equipment. You will be managing IT equipment through purchase requests and maintaining stock levels. You will be responsible for taking ownership of and resolving assigned tickets and you will follow global policies, processes and procedures. You will proactively suggest new ways of working and improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness and actively contribute to new knowledge base articles for the end user. You will keep end-users informed of the status of their tickets by following defined processes and deliver support within the defined SLAs and you will also participate in different kinds of projects when needed.

Personal qualities
To be successful in the role as a Service Desk Technician, you need to have excellent customer service focus, acting with a "customer at heart" attitude, always acknowledging the user's needs. You need to be organized and structured in the way you work. It's important that you are proactive and understanding of business criticality. Furthermore, you are a team player with excellent problem-solving skills, you are flexible and have a "can do" attitude.

Salary
Salary, by agreement.

Admission and Application
40h/week. The position is expected to start 2022-10-31 and is expected to run for 6 months, with a chance for extension. You will be employed as a consultant with us at JobBusters and work for our client in Gothenburg.
