About the role
In the role of Service desk Technician, you will, on behalf of the customer, ensure that global policies, processes and procedures are followed. You will also proactively suggest new ways of working and improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. You are going to take ownership of the support tickets and follow the working methods and routines to ensure quality and relevant communication with the end users. You will also participate in projects when needed.
Profile
We are looking for you who have a high school education or similar with at least one years’ experience of Service Desk with skills in Microsoft end-user environment. You have previous experience of working in and knowledge of IT support processes. You also understand process automation through IT enabled solutions and speak fluent English in both speech and writing.
As person you have excellent customer service focus and act with a “customer at heart” attitude, always acknowledging the user’s needs. You are a team player and have problem-solving ability. You work flexibly and organized.
Requirements
Minimum of a high school education or similar
Minimum of one years of Service Desk first line experience
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Basic understanding of Microsoft service software
Skill in the Microsoft end-user environment
Start: As soon as possible
Extent: Full time
