The Rosemount TankRadarABdivision of Emerson Process Management is a leading provider of radar-based level and tank gauging solutions for the marine, oil & gas and process industry markets.[ Founded in 1976, the company has a turnover of over 1 billion kr and employs over 400 people worldwide.[ To support rapid growth and expansion into new areas, we are adding a number of new positions in R&D, purchasing, service and other areas.[ The company is owned by Emerson (NYSE:EMR), an American company with over 128,000 employees and $US 20 billion in sales.[ Emerson Process Marine Solutions markets radar based level gauging systems for tankers.As a matter of fact, we are the best in the world at it and are by that in a market leading position.We are also known for being the world leader in the service we give our customers.A service that solves problems, creates confidence and shows that we truly take our customers seriously.As a marine service engineer you will work with our radar based level gauging systems as well as with other marine automation systems.Your tasks will involve everything from start up to service and support.You will also provide education for both end-users and our authorized service agent's engineers.Since basically all of our customers are located abroad, you will travel a great deal.It is therefore important that you like to travel as well as meeting new people and cultures.The job demands a high level of independence and self-confidence, as well as confidence for the company and our products.During office hours between traveling, you will work with technical support as well as education towards our agents.If you are a problem solving and service minded person, we can offer you a stimulating work in an international environment.You are an engineer with a B.Sc degree or equivalent technical experience, preferably within electronics and data.1-2 years documented experience from work within a technical field is required as well as a good computer network knowledge.You are a skilled communicator in order to create trusting relationships with internal and external customers.You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.Other language skills are considered as an additional qualification.Please apply by using the apply button or the link below, no later than May 13th.
