We are now expanding our business in Nordic and are looking for persons, who are service minded and likes to solve problems through e-mail and telephone. To work with us You will join a young and forward going organization that puts quality and customer in the front seat. ASUS provides an exciting environment and a large network, with a great ability to grow in the specific area and as person. We are looking for -Persons who likes to work both in team and on it's own - has previous experience of hardware support and service. - Have used Windows OS for a couple of years and feel comfortable with it - You are structured and pedagogical. - have a good command in English, both verbal and written. - Is talking fluent Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian. Job position As a product technician at our hotline support, you will be at frontline towards out Nordic customers. You will be part of a highly skilled team which analyzes product issues and solves both simple and complex customer problems. Your working day will be full of variety and you full of different and exciting tasks.
