Service Engineer to Customer Care
Q-linea Customer Care is responsible for ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained. Today Customer Care consists of three groups, Customer Services, Technical Support, and Instrument Support.
Customer Services is responsible for managing customer orders and other administrative tasks. Our Technical Support group takes care of application related questions whereas the Instrument Support group is responsible for technical documentation, spare part management, partner training, instrument support to field and partners, management of escalations, product care cases, service tooling. In the Instrument support group, we also have Field Service Engineers who are performing field service including installation and maintenance.
To strengthen our Instrument support group, we are now looking for a Service Engineer.
As a Service Engineer at Q-linea you will act as a subject matter expert linking partners and field organization with the Development experts.
The position requires communication with several functions in the organization and will be involved in the full lifecycle of the product from definition to verification/validation and installed base support.
One key element of the job is production and maintenance of technical service documentation. The position is also responsible for collection, analysis, drive technical escalations with appropriate follow up actions.

Qualifications
Must:
- At least 5 years of experience from instrument support and documentation in the Medical Device area
- Degree or equivalent in electronics, engineering, biomedical technology, or other applicable field of study
- Find your way in PMD systems (Solidworks)
- First-hand experience from installations, upgrades, and repair
- Experience in writing technical documentation such as service manuals and notifications
- Experience in defining troubleshooting and service procedures
- Fluent in English, speaking and writing
- You are ready to travel up to 30% of your time (initially up to 60%).
Wish:
- Developed and performed technical training
- Understanding of working in a regulatory environment such as ISO13485
- Fluent in Swedish and other European language.
