Do you want to be part of a highly skilled, positive, and ambitious team within our After Sales support? Have you previously worked as a field service technician? There will be a great opportunity to develop your personal skills and to grow as a person when working within Sales regions in EMEA.
We are now searching for a new team member to join our team of friendly professionals in Bromma, Kalmar Mobile Solutions as a Service Engineer. You will have the opportunity to perform services related work within the EMEA region, including dealing with commissioning, warranty and RUPs.
This position is located in Kista, Sweden- frequent travelling in the EMEA region will be included and you will report Service Manager; BRM Sales & After Sales EMEA After Sales Services.
Main tasks and responsibilities
As a Service Engineer you will support with after sales support and deliver first level technical support for our customers. You will provide excellent customer support to our customers with claims and quality concerns. As a Service Engineer you will also provide RUP technical and sales support and remote EMEA support. You will also conduct product knowledge training for our customers.
What you’ll need to succeed
Education
Electronic/PLC/Programming, high school or other relevant education.
Experience
Hands on experience in heavy machinery
At least 2 years of relevant business / product experience
Mechanical, hydraulic and control system basic knowledge
Specific market knowledge or experience is a merit.
Competencies
Excellent computer literacy
A strong technical background.
As a person you are innovative. You like to learn new things and like to present technical solutions to customers. You are a team player but also able to find your own paths, both at work and when out travelling. You are used to collaborate with different kind of people, and you can keep your customer service mindset also in challenging situations. Very good skills in English, verbally and in writing are essential, other languages such as French are a merit.
