Service Engineer

BTL Industries has become one of the world’s major manufacturers of medical and aesthetic equipment with direct offices in more than 80 countries around the world. We have become a global market leader in non-invasive treatments, the fastest-growing segment of medicine. We are currently looking for a Service engineer to join our emerging Nordic branch with office in Solna, Stockholm.
Job description:
Respond to customer requests promptly and effectively
Visit customer sites across Sweden, Norway and Denmark to run device maintenance and repairs
Complete in-house repairs
Complete regular admin duties – filling forms, CRM
Support the transport and install activities at the customer shows and fairs
Create relevant customer touchpoints incl. service plans



About you:
The successful candidate will ideally be within commuting distance of Stockholm and will demonstrate following qualities:
Electro/mechanical fault-finding background is essential
Customer focused with strong communication skills
Driving license
Ability to work independently and using own initiative
Ability to identify sales leads
