Are you ready to take the step into global System Support? Are you our future System Specialist?
In this position, you will be working globally as part of the Field Operations team, the third level escalation unit for the Carton Bottle & Gable Top systems. The position is based in Lund. You will travel 100-175 days per year and usually between one and four weeks, depending on assignment type.
Main responsibilities
-Constant competence development on existing commercial equipment and equipment under development
-Performing Hyper Care competence transfer to new markets and for new equipment
-Competence transfer in rebuilding assistance and field validation support for development projects
-Performing urgent third level trouble shooting support, globally, applying prevailing methodologies for problem solving
-Participating in the continuous improvement process, enriching platform projects and activities with quality history, sharing operational experience
Qualifications
Inter-cultural and -personal skills are a must to perform in the position. Furthermore, you have a customer oriented and highly flexible mindset, always aiming to perform the very best under any condition.
You need to have a technical educational background in combination with profound technical interest. It is essential that you are able to handle complex mechanical equipment.
You have proven proficiency in equipment with interacting technologies within mechanics, electrics, PLC, servo motor solutions and pneumatics, with good potential in further growth. You have a good command of both written and verbal English and are able to document findings, methods, conclusions and suggestions in a structured and efficient manner. A car driver's license is required.
Your background may be as Field Service Engineer or specialist, but if you are ready to grow and work in the central team you will receive relevant training and mentoring to start working independently in the role.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
