Information about the position
Professionals Nord is, due to Hitachi Energy, looking for a Service Engineer Digital. The position refers to a recruitment which means you will be employed directly by our client company. We manage the recruitment process for Hitachi Energy in form of selection, interview and presentation to the client.

Work tasks/job assignments
In this role you will execute Service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with Hitachi Energy´s standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. In close co-operation with customer and other teams, take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for Hitachi Energy.

• Be the person that will handle and responsible for our new tools for digital tools for service. Including exciting new tools
for maintenance prediction and planning, VR system for Remote Support as well as upcoming digital tools for Service.
• Be responsible for on-site installation and commissioning of medium and high voltage electrical equipment in substations
• Be responsible for upgrading and modifying the product as well as handling special assignments including
troubleshooting and assist our customers
• Apply with Hitachi Energy HSE roles and regulations
• Be a contact person to the end customer
• Find leads to our sales organization

We are looking for
You hold a university degree in Engineering, but most important is that you have some years of work experience. Good knowledge in the substation segment and preferably good knowledge about transmission and distribution products, commissioning, spare parts and service/aftersales. Knowledge about relay protection devices (IED) and related electronic equipment. 

You have good computer skills and are interested to work and take a leading responsible role with our digital tools för service. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required
Since this position is in Sweden, good Swedish spoken and written is mandatory. 

Competence in configuration of electrical systems is meritating
