Tetra Recart® is the packaging solution that offers a more sustainable alternative to canned foods. Our continuous strategy of adding new players and copackers to expand the categories of Tetra Recart® has enabled us to capture consumer demand for greater food safety and convenient cooking ingredients during the COVID-19 pandemic. During the year, the number of Tetra Recart packages grew by 46 per cent, which is record annual growth since the system was launched in 2013.
We are looking for a Service Engineer that will be responsible for maintaining the performance of Tetra Pak Recart systems at our customers’ plants.
The position is permanent and based in Lund and will include up to 175 travelling days per year.
What you will do
As a Service Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining the performance of Tetra Pak Recart systems at our customers’ plants. You will act as ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company’s reputation for commitment and service worldwide. We will provide you with a solid training on our products both on site as well as on the home base. You will work in the Technical Service Team within Tetra Recart.
You will focus on
· Installation-, start-up and commissioning of Tetra Recart Lines
· Service assignments comprising rebuilding and troubleshooting, including knowledge transfer to local Tetra Pak colleagues and Customer staff
· Technical assistance and commissioning of equipment included in our packaging lines which are under commercial launch
· Take an active role in developing and implementing improvements
· Participating in new development project to gain knowledge in new design and functionality and later take an active role when the equipment is deployed to our final customers.
Who you are

You have a technical education at secondary level or equivalent, but your primary strength is your technical breadth and ability to handle both theory and practice. You are technically curious and like complex problems. In our equipment, electricity, pneumatics, PLC controllers, servomotors and hydraulics work together. The job requires driving license for car. A good command of both written and verbal English is necessary
